Silver presentation style:
Style is a formal method of serving food where the plate is placed with a spoon and fork on the left side of each customer. The drink is placed on the right side. This method is adopted in high-end restaurants.

American presentation style:
This informal method of serving food is characterized by its simplicity, where the customer sits at a covered table and orders what he wants from the menu. Then the food is prepared in the restaurant’s kitchen, the head chef determines the quantities of food and the accompaniments that will be served with it, and the waiter serves the meal to the customer’s table.

Russian presentation style:
The Russian method of serving food is considered one of the difficult methods, which requires high precision, concentration, and mastery in placing each part. In this method, we must present: large pieces of meat, smoked fish, or grilled poultry. Garnishes must be placed professionally on the guests’ plate, and the food must be divided into equal distinct portions.

French presentation style:
In the French style, the chef cooks the food in front of the customers. There are also professional services near the customer’s table to serve the prepared food slowly and correctly. Appetizers are served on the right side of the table while other dishes are served on the left side. This service is usually followed in luxury restaurants.

Buffet service in restaurants:
This service is considered one of the easiest and most widely used services at parties and events, where guests help themselves by getting food from the table prepared in advance with all kinds of food, and some chefs stand around the table to help customers place the food and inform the kitchen staff of the remaining portion to refill the empty plates.
